Vincent Chase And Urkel Not Working Together![]()
The Hollywood Reporter ran a really confusing article this morning that involves Vincent Chase and Urkel. Having read it about three times, I think I've figured out the gist-- and it has nothing to do with a Family Matters-Entourage crossover episode, as amazing as that would be.
The only connection between the two seems to be that they're involved in two different projects, produced by the same guys, Matthew Cooke and Bert Marcus. The first one is an inane-sounding romantic comedy called Did You Get My Text, which was written by Jaleel White, a.k.a. Urkel. The movie will be directed by Joel Zwick, who directed episodes of all kinds of mid-90s sitcoms, like Step By Step, Hangin' With Mr. Cooper and, yes, Family Matters. No actors have been set. As for Grenier, he and Marcus will produce Propaganda, a documentary directed by Cooke about the Patriot Act, propaganda and censorship. So are we clear now? Neither of the famous actors involved will be in these movies, and won't be working together. In fact, this whole article may not even be worth your time. Sorry about that. |
