Disney has a long history of studying real life objects, people, and creatures as inspiration for their animated characters. Pixar continues that tradition, even when they’re just animating toys they take it seriously.

You’ve probably seen Spanish Buzz in the trailers for Toy Story 3 and apparently at some point in the film Spanish Buzz and Jessie will dance the Latin dance the pasodoble together. Unfortunately while Pixar has a lot of great animators, they don’t have a lot of great dancers. They’ve been too busy at their computers nerding out to learn. So they teamed up with the people at Dancing with the Stars and brought in their two best latin dance choreographers to serve as models for Buzz and Jessie’s moves.
