Coming Soon has the first five minutes of J Blakeson’s The Disappearance of Alice Creed and guess who’s the very first person quoted in the bar on the bottom?

I caught this one during the Tribeca Film Festival and really could go on and on about how much I enjoyed it, but I’ll just leave it at that for now. Actually, this clip is really Alice Creed 101; it shows Vic and Danny (Eddie Marsan and Martin Compston) preparing for their new houseguest--er, hostage. The plan is to snatch up Alice Creed (Gemma Arterton) and hold her for ransom, but, of course, there’s a lot more to it than that. Find out all of the details for yourself when the film hits theaters on August 6th.
