It's hard to get a read on the quality of Megamind. The first trailer that came out was fantastic, but the second was kind of a dud (and gave away pretty much the entire plot). The cast of Will Ferrell, Brad Pitt, Tina Fey, David Cross and Jonah Hill is fantastic, but Dreamworks couldn't help themselves by not putting the classic "Dreamworks Smile" on the posters. So how do we solve this problem? How about an extended look at the movie.

Trailer Addict has posted the first five minutes of the film which sees Ferrell and Pitt doing battle as superhero and supervillain. There are some nice touches (the nameless, faceless, old-money parents tickle me for some reason) and I like that they are not even hiding the Superman-Lex Luthor connection (right down to the laser eyes).
