Even more good news from the center of the Watchmen feud: a hearing scheduled today between Fox and Warner Bros. has been cancelled, meaning the two studios may be even closer to making up and playing nice.

The Hollywood Reporter doesn't really have any more details-- how much is there to say about something that didn't happen?-- but they're on board with the speculation that this means a settlement is imminent. They also suggest a settlement could cost Warners millions upon millions of dollars, but still, it's probably nothing in comparison to the amount of money they stand to make by having the thing released.
