Before he can direct Scream 4 Wes Craven has a different horror movie to release. While filming the movie was being called 25/8, but this afternoon on Twitter Craven revealed that it’s been retitled and will be released as My Soul To Take.

The film, written and directed by Craven while starring mostly unknowns, tells the story of a serial killer who returns to his hometown to murder anyone born on the day he was “allegedly” killed. He ends up stalking seven children and, it’s probably safe to assume that the old title, 25/8 was a reference to the birth date/death date in question. My Soul To Take on the other hand, sounds like the title of a new Jennifer Aniston rom-com.

My Soul To Take has completed filming and according to IMDB is due out some time this year from Rogue Pictures.
