Earlier this week we saw that a CG artist could bring beloved characters to live with this photoreal look at Buzz Lightyear. Now, Latvian graphic artist Alexander Bickov (via /Film) created this monstrosity, sure to haunt the dreams of the millions of Avatar LARPers for years to come.

Bickov successfully blends everyone's favorite ogre (for reasons I still don't understand) with the most recognizable fictional race ever created and gives us the Shrek'vi, or Shrekatar or Na'Shrek. Whatever it is, the artist sure did have a lot of fun and this is surely going to get passed around the interwebs for a few day. Nice work, Alex. Hopefully there'll be more to come.
