At what point do motion posters cease to be motion posters and just become teaser videos formatted in a strangely, off-kilter shape? I’d say right now with the new motion poster for the Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg cop movie The Other Guys.

When video paper is finally perfected and they throw this up on the wall at the theater, then I’ll be down with calling it a motion poster.
