Win An Autographed Love Is Strange Poster

After garnering raves at the Sundance Film Festival and the Tribeca Film Fest (where our own Kristy Puchko said "with a finale that is delicately laid out and exquisitely executed, they broke me," the tender Love Is Strange finally is rolling out to more theaters. And to celebrate, we have a signed poster that you can win.

Love Is Strange

Directed by Ira Sachs (Keep the Lights On), Love Is Strange blends the romance of New York City's streets and skyline with a delicate Chopin piano score to poignantly capture both the lightness and sorrows of this modern day love story. It follows two recently married men (John Lithgow and Alfred Molina, both fantastic) who must separate – temporarily – when they lose their subletted Manhattan apartment after 20+ years. But it’s not about big pains. It’s about little heartbreaks that occur when the person who knows you best isn’t around anymore.

How can you win the autographed poster, signed by John Lithgow, Alfred Molina, Marisa Tomei and Ira Sachs? Leave us a Facebook note telling us your favorite John Lithgow or Alfred Molina movie. We will choose a winner at random, and that poster will receive the poster.

All contestants must be over the age of 18 and legal United States residents currently residing inside the country with a full address, not P.O. Box. The winner will be chosen at random and given a certain amount of time to respond back. If the winner does not respond within that window, another will be chosen. Cinema Blend reserves the right to change the giveaway rules and regulations at any point and for any reason. Cinema Blend is also not responsible if the winning prize gets lost in the mail or does not arrive for any other reason.

Love Is Strange started expanding to more theaters on August 22. The film’s trailer is below.

As is this official film synopsis:

After nearly four decades together, Ben (John Lithgow) and George (Alfred Molina) finally tie the knot in an idyllic wedding ceremony in lower Manhattan. But when George loses his job soon after, the couple must sell their apartment and - victims of the relentless New York City real estate market - temporarily live apart until they can find an affordable new home. While George moves in with two cops (Cheyenne Jackson and Manny Perez) who live down stairs, Ben lands in Brooklyn with his nephew (Darren Burrows), his wife (Marisa Tomei), and their temperamental teenage son (Charlie Tahan), with whom Ben shares a bedroom. While struggling with the pain of separation, Ben and George are further challenged by the intergenerational tensions and capricious family dynamics of their new living arrangements."

Best of luck!
