Women in Trouble spends one day in the life of ten seemingly disparate women in some sort of trouble. The title would seem to be apt. But we’re all friends here so let’s be brutally honest. The only reason anyone is paying any attention at all to this movie is because Carla Gugino plays a porn star in it. To their credit, the film’s producers and marketers seemed to have embraced that. The film’s first teaser image and subsequent clip seemed rather gleefully focused on Carla’s cleavage. Now though it’s time to get serious, with three real teaser posters for the film which are far less salacious. Instead, they’re stuffed with the movie’s all-star cast. Not a bad way to go really when you’ve got Carla Gugino, Josh Brolin, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Elizabeth Berkley, and… is that Molly Ringwald circa 1989?? Probably not.
