A Russian trailer for X-Files: I Want to Believe has popped up online via the film’s Russian site here. To put it simply, even though you won’t be able to understand any of the dialogue… it’s good. Really good. Much better than anything we’ve seen over here in America. In fact, the Russian dialogue may even help, enhancing the trailers dark and ancient feel. In a weird way, it almost looks like Mulder and Scully are somehow investigating the set of 30 Days of Night. There are no actual vampires in the trailer, nor are their werewolves as often rumored, but the teaser does have that kind of feel.
It took me forever to get the film to play on the Russian site, so I’ve included a local version of it below. But if you can get it to work, they’ve got a bigger version of this particular X-Files 2 trailer over there.

Looks incredible! Wowwwww! This looks like a film aimed at thinking adults, can it be so? Is such a thing possible?! It looks amazing, really exciting and creepy and I love that the plot is still under wraps, we get lots of creepiness and tease yet it gives nothing away. That score as well, sounds f***** magnificent! If I was unsure before, I believe now! Hell, I wanna believe! I'll be there on July 25th and 26th, and 27th...
I can't wait!
Top notch. I understand russian and Billy Connely is talking about dogs barking. Dogs are mentioned two times. And barking is mentioned and that wierd shadow on the tent. Werewolf pops in to mind. Body is been dragged away etc. But the hole movie cant just run on werewolf there is something else too. There will be suprises and twists, cant wait for that movie to come out.
