Bond Lines Up Friends And Foes In New Skyfall Poster
It was only a week ago that we finally got out first look at Javier Bardem's villain Silva, in two new trailers for Skyfall. Now he and his blond wig have gone front and center in a new poster for the Bond adventure, which you can check out below, and click on to see a much bigger version.
As you can tell from the horizontal alignment, this is the British poster, which means we may not get to see it in American theaters, at least in this format. But hey, everyone look so good here that they at least ought to repurpose the images. We don't usually get to see Bond in anything other than a jet black tux, but the midnight blue suits him, especially with the black lapels that suggest a kind of Rat Pack vibe-- and fit right in with the 60s throwback vibe that director Sam Mendes has promised over and over again. And if you were wondering how different the roles played by Berenice Marlohe and Naomie Harris will be, this poster seems to say it all-- Marlohe is looking like the classic femme fatale, while Harris is dressed much more sensibly, as befits a fellow MI:6 agent who works with Bond in the field.
Between this, the new trailers and Bond's appearance at the Olympics, it's been a good couple of weeks for Britain's most famous spy. You can learn more about Skyfall by clicking here, and look for it in theaters on November 9.
