Cars 2 Revs Its Engine In Preparation For November Blu-Ray Release

Cars 2 had everything going for it. It was a sequel to a massively successful film from a company that has successfully executed sequels before. The main man in animation, John Lasseter, helmed the project and co-directed it with Brad Lewis. Too much of a sure thing is sometimes just that and Cars 2 proved this with Pixar’s first critical failure.

To rally from the financial woes of such a crappy film, Disney Home Entertainment is using its superb marketing skills. On November 1, the company will release Cars 2 on 3D Blu-Ray, Blu-Ray, DVD and Movie Download. To sweeten the deal, the Cars 2 release will offer all kinds of packages with many different special features in the hopes one of them will get your engine roaring.
