Explosive New Dark Knight Rises TV Spot Arrives

It feels like we've been getting a new Dark Knight Rises TV spot just about every day now, but the truth is that we are always wanting more. Each new video presents us with a tiny bit of new footage from the movie, which only serves to whet our collective appetite for the feature (unless you decide to analyze every frame and potentially ruin the film for yourself). Up until now the TV spots have largely just featured little things, like a quip by Bruce Wayne to Lucius Fox or a quick shot of the Bat, but today's new one is a bit different...and still amazing.

With a quickly escalating score and scenes that are almost entirely filled with new footage, this brand new preview for The Dark Knight Rises is special. It seems to know exactly how excited the audience is for the film and it takes full advantage. Thank god we're only a little over a month away from it hitting theaters.



The Dark Knight Rises is the third and final film in Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy and will be on July 20th. The cast includes the return of Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Jim Gordon, Lucius Fox, and Alfred, respectively, and features newcomers Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Marion Cotillard.
