Vamps has the kind of cast that demands your attention. Directed by Fast Times at Ridgemont High and Clueless mastermind Amy Heckerling, the film stars Alicia Silverstone and Krysten Ritter as two young vampires loving and living life in New York City. Heckerling getting back with Silverstone alone should be enough to peak your interest, but check out the supporting cast: Sigourney Weaver, Wallace Shawn, Malcolm McDowell, Richard Lewis, and Justin Kirk (best known for being the awesome brother on Weeds).

The movie’s still in production, but Vamps has a Facebook page going where they’re posting photos from the set. Thanks to the page, we’ve got your first ever look at Sigourney Weaver as queen of the vampires and the rest of the Vamp cast doing their blood-sucking best.



















Notice anything missing? No fangs. Maybe they just haven’t come out yet, or maybe Heckerling has gone the Twilight route with her blood suckers. Personally, I think vampires need big, pointy teeth. Also worth noting, Alicia Silverstone appears to have started aging backwards. Good move when you’ve been hired to play a young vampire.
