Frilly Hats And Huge Buildings In These Three Musketeers Set Photos

Paul W.S Anderson, despite not having made a good movie since 2002’s Resident Evil, is a hard worker. He’s always got something lined up and jumps readily from one project to the next. This explains how it is that he’s already deep into production of his next film, The Three Musketeers, even though his latest, Resident Evil: Afterlife 3D, just hit theaters last week.

ComingSoon got their hands on a slew of set photos from the upcoming Alexandre Dumas adaptation and it looks like it’s going to be big. The set, built around the Wurzberg Residenz in Wurzberg, Germany, is enormous and incredibly authentic looking. The question now is whether Paul W.S. Anderson will break his mediocre movie streak for this classic story? The answer may lie in the stellar cast lined up including Mads Mikkelsen, Christoph Waltz, Logan Lerman, and, of course, Anderson’s wife Milla Jovovich.
