The red band trailer for Mark Pellington's I Melt With You did quite a good job taking advantage of its restricted nature. Hell, the first scene involves Tom Jane driving around in the desert snorting massive amounts of cocaine. From what I've heard about the film, this kind of behavior isn't exactly rare in the movie, as the four friends at the center of the story experience all kinds of hedonistic pleasures. Starring the aforementioned Tom Jane, Rob Lowe, Jeremy Piven, Christian McKay, Carla Gugino, and Sasha Grey, I Melt With You is about a group of friends who meet for their yearly bacchanalia in Big Sur, but this year is a bit different. When the boys were in college, they made a promise to each other that they would keep 25 years later. As the promise rears its head, the men must deal with the consequences. The movie will be available On Demand starting November 4th and will be released in theaters on December 9th.
