Any doubts as to whether director Brad Bird could handle the transition from animation to live action were effectively squashed when Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol blew the doors off multiplexes a few months ago. If you missed the flick in theaters, you missed one of the best action flicks of last year, and the chance to see it in the best possible way: on a giant screen with concussive surround sound. But whether you've been waiting to add the movie to your collection or holding out for home video to check it out, you get the chance to join the latest adventure of Ethan Hunt and company on April 17th.
In Ghost Protocol, Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) finds himself on the run and disavowed by the United States government after the IMF team is framed for a terrorist attack on the Kremlin. Hunt sets out to clear his name and discover the real culprit, joined along the way by tech expert Benji (Simon Pegg), gorgeous ass-kicker Jane (Paula Patton), and an agent Hunt isn't sure he can trust (Jeremy Renner). Ghost Protocol will arrive in three different physical versions: a three-disc limited edition Blu-ray/DVD combo pack that will list for $34.99, a two-disc Blu-ray/DVD combo pack for $29.99, and a single-disc DVD for $19.99. Here's the rundown on bonus features, and you can check out cover art in the gallery below. Limited Edition Three-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack Blu-Ray (Disc 1)
