Second New Year's Eve Trailer Gathers Every Hollywood Celebrity Into One Movie

Despite what you may think, there are few places in this world worse than Times Square on New Year’s Eve. Think about it: it’s a choice to stand in the blistering cold for hours on end surrounded by aggressive (and sometimes smelly) people who would be happy to step on your face if it meant getting one step closer to Ryan Seacrest. It’s a miserable and stupid tradition that is constantly perpetuated by pop culture and movies like New Year’s Eve, which has just released a brand new trailer.

Check out the fresh-out-the-box preview below or in HD over on Apple.

I came to the conclusion a long time ago that I’m just not part of director Garry Marshall’s demographic, and I’ve made peace with that. If he made movies with 24-year-old males in mind, he wouldn’t have cast Ashton Kutcher, Zac Efron and Lea Michele in a movie together. Some of you will go see New Year’s Eve on December 9th, but I’ll be more than content sitting in a movie theater alone on the same day watching Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy. It’s not to say that I would resolve myself to hating the movie, but my expectations aren’t exactly high.
