We already told you we were pleasantly surprises by the high points of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, and it turns out Twilight fever reaches all the way up to the highest court in all the land. In the midst of Elena Kagan's confirmation hearings, Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) threw Kagan a curveball, and asked if she was Team Edward or Team Jacob.

I'm going to take a big step back for a second and not ponder the mind-blowing inappropriateness of this. I mean, there's certain things I look for in a Supreme Court Justice, including, but not limited to: stance on the obesity epidemic, feelings on affirmative action, and tax policy. Nowhere in there, mind you, is a burning need for me to know if she prefers her teen heartthrobs in sparkly or furry varieties.
