Sometimes I'll write up a trailer and say that it seems funny, despite the fact that it never actually made me laugh. That's just what happens when you're working home alone-- it's hard for something to be so funny that it actually makes you laugh out loud. But Wanderlust, the trailer for David Wain's new comedy that debuted today at Yahoo! Movies, actually got a solid guffaw out of me more than once. It's no surprise that a new movie from the director of Wet Hot American Summer and Role Models would be funny, but it feels great to see it anyway. Check out the trailer below to see what I mean.



There's really something for everybody here. Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd together again for the first time since The Object of My Affection! Some of the cast of Wet Hot American Summer together again, including Rudd, Ken Marino and Joe Lo Truglio. Aniston milking a goat with her real-life boyfriend Justin Theroux! Oh, and a gazillion other funny people thrown in there to boot, from the ones we see in the trailer-- Lauren Ambrose, Malin Akerman, Theroux, Alan Alda-- to the ones listed on the IMDB page like Michaela Watkins, Kathryn Hahn and Reba friggin' McEntire. It was the well-timed R. Kelly joke that got me, but there's a ton of other funny moments in here to hang on to, including a very nicely done horse sight gag.

In short, I'm totally sold, especially given that this movie comes out in the usually grim release spot of February 24. It's only a bummer that we have to wait that long for it.
