Watch The Tamer Green Band Trailer For Raunch Comedy Movie 43
Made in the spirit of projects like The Kentucky Fried Movie and The Underground Comedy Movie, the upcoming raunch comedy Movie 43 exists solely to try and gross out and offend the audience with off-color gags, R-rated stunts, and recognizable faces. The Red Band trailer that was released earlier this month advertised the film's raison d'etre well, taking advantage of the fact that people under 18 couldn't watch it (not really, but that's the theory). Obviously you can't push the boundaries that much when crafting a Green Band trailer suitable for all audiences, and the preview suffers as a result.
Produced by Peter Farrelly and Charles Wessler and featuring work from directors like Elizabeth Banks, Steven Brill, Bob Odenkirk and James Gunn, Movie 43 will be coming to theaters on January 25th and in advance of the release a brand new trailer featuring quick editing to get around bad language and filth has been released. Check it out below and see the Red Band trailer HERE.
The film is a collection of different stories with different characters that all intertwine, including a couple of parents (Liev Schrieber, Naomi Watts) who want to give their home-schooled son the "real high school experience;" a couple (Anna Faris, Chris Pratt) that is thinking about introducing bathroom activities to the bedroom; and a basketball coach (Terence Howard) who tries to convince his team of all black athletes that they can defeat a team of white boys. The ridiculously stacked cast also includes the likes of Kate Winslet, Emma Stone, Hugh Jackman, Richard Gere, Halle Berry, Gerard Butler, Chloe Moretz, Jason Sudeikis, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Johnny Knoxville.
