You’ve seen the vague teaser and probably wondered, “what the heck is that about?” Today the Super Bowl answered that question. Well, sort of. The first real trailer for Super 8 debuted during the big game broadcast and, if you saw it, it blew your mind. If you haven’t seen it, prepare to have your mind blown.

Haunting, full of light, and music, and mystery the trailer feels like, unbelievably, as though someone has made a sequel to E.T.… and not just because Steven Spielberg’s name is prominently displayed in the trailer as a producer. This Super 8 trailer must be seen. Watch it below:
