Is Suicide Squad Actually Good? Vote And Discuss Once You've Seen It

suicide squad reviews

Well, we know where the critics stand on Suicide Squad. The less-than-stellar score on Rotten Tomatoes is a fair indication that to say the reviews are mixed might be a generous assessment of the critics' collective opinion. Now that the movie is out, it's time for the fans to weigh in.

Between the DC fans who have been waiting a long time to see the likes of Deadshot (Will Smith), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney), El Diablo (Jay Hernandez) and other DC antiheroes teamed up on the big screen, and those of us who have yet to succumb to superhero fatigue, anticipation was high for Suicide Squad this summer. Does it deliver?

Our own Eric Eisenberg weighed in with his thoughts on the David Ayer film. You can read that breakdown here. And some of the cast has shared their opinions of what the critics are saying. But what did you think of the film? Once you've seen it, vote in our poll and then dive down into the comments to share your thoughts.

This poll is no longer available.

Because a poll might not sum up your view on Suicide Squad, we're opening up the comments for more in depth discussion of the movie.

Just to break the ice, we'll throw out a few warm-up questions:

Who were your top 3 favorite characters?

For comic book fans, which actor or actors do you think were perfectly cast for their respective roles?

What did you think of Jared Leto's Joker?

If you've read the reviews, did the critics get it right? Or were they too harsh?

And a few guidelines about the comments:

The comments will likely be full of spoilers, so if you haven't seen the movie yet, read at your own risk.

If you're engaging in discussion, please stay on topic and be respectful.
