Which Marvel Character Tom Hiddleston Can't Wait To Interact With In Thor: Ragnarok

Loki

It's been a long road for Loki. Viewers last saw the God of Mischief on the throne of Asgard impersonating Odin. We'll see the fallout of that in the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok, as Loki will find himself siding with his brother Thor to take down Hela. It won't just be his brother he has to deal with though. The Incredible Hulk also happens to be on Team Thor (or the Revengers, if you prefer), and the last time these characters saw each other it wasn't exactly cordial. Now that Hulk is talking, actor Tom Hiddleston is especially excited to see how their exchanges play out.

The way I see it is, in The Avengers, Hulk and Loki never really had a conversation. It was more of a physical meeting, an extended 'group hug,' shall we say. It's fun when the two of them re-meet in this. So you'll see. I don't wanna spoil it.

CinemaBlend's Conner Schwerdtfeger was on the set of Thor: Ragnarok where a number of journalists were present to poke the brains of the cast and crew of the highly anticipated movie. Asked how Loki and Hulk are relating to each other now that the two of them are fighting side-by-side, Tom Hiddleston replied that (like everything in Thor: Ragnarok) it's a lot of fun. Now that the Hulk is speaking fully formed sentences, their exchanges take on a new life. There's more back and forth, and we can probably expect some slick insults from the two of them.

The last times Loki and Hulk were together was in The Avengers. In one of the most memorable scenes of the movie, Hulk slammed Loki around like a ragdoll, leaving him embedded in the floor and calling him a "puny god." A physical confrontation between the two of them is likely always going to end that way, and it'll be exciting to see how they take working together so many years later. Makes you wonder how Loki is going to deal with a funnier Thor too.

Never one to turn down a clip opportunity from The Avengers, I've added the scene in question right below for all of us to enjoy.

And what exactly is forcing Thor, Hulk, and Loki to team up? That would be Cate Blanchett's Hela, a villain said to give Loki a run for his money for Best MCU Villain. The Goddess of Death is seeking the destruction of Asgard, and only the combined might of Thor and his assembled allies can hope to defeat her. The film is directed by Taika Waititi and looks to be an extremely fun adventure that could impact the entire MCU moving forward.

Thor: Ragnarok is set to hit theaters on November 3, 2017. To learn more about the film, here's everything we know so far.
