Gemma Arterton Gets A Nose Job In The First Tamara Drewe Trailer

One has to admire how hard Gemma Arterton has been working. Bursting on to the scene as Agent Strawberry Fields in Quantum of Solace, the actress has been in three movies so far this year, including two blockbusters (Clash of the Titans and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time) and an indie film (The Disappearance of Alice Creed). Her next film, 'Tamara Drewe', is the latest effort from director Stephen Frears, and now we have the first trailer.

Yahoo! has released the promotion into the wild. In the film, Arterton plays the title character, a young newspaper reporter who returns to her home on the English countryside with a brand new look (or brand new nose to be exact). Co-staring Roger Allam, Bill Camp, Dominic Cooper and Tamsin Greig, the film is filled with all the British wit one can handle while also delivering the sight of Arterton in a pair of short-shorts. It's a win-win, really.

'Tamara Drewe' is set for release on October 8th. For more information, posters and images, head on over the the film's preview page.
