Star Wars: The Force Awakens Leads MTV Movie Award Nominations, Get The Full List

While the Oscars had some issues this year due to the lack of diversity among their nominees, there was another issue that popped up after the award ceremony was over. There were no awards for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. While the biggest movie in the history of the country received five nominations, it went home empty handed. Luckily, it will have more than twice as many chances at the MTV Movie Awards, where it’s up for 11 different awards. Deadpool, despite coming out weeks ago, landed eight big nominations. That's impressive, right?

Here’s the full list of nominees from MTV. The show, hosted by Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnshon, will be held on April 10.
