Monkey Pox Outbreak Delays Podcast

Disease continues to sweep through the Cinema Blend compound. Last week it was me, brought down by the infamous post-Sundance flu that has hacked so many other journalists off at the knees after their return from Park City. This week it’s Weekly Blend Audio Show host Rafe Telsch who has been laid low by the site’s rather poor hygiene standards. You should see our Cinema Blend bunkbeds (because of course we all live together), the sheets haven’t been washed in months.
So with Rafe curled up in a drug induced stupor on a bottom bunk in the CB dormitory, that means no podcast this week. Sorry Margaretfan21, I lobbied for an all Margaret show but when I suggested it Tim got jealous and started screaming “cage match!”… and that’s just not good for anyone. Wouldn’t want Margaret to hurt him. So the Weekly Blend Audio Show will be back next week, assuming Rafe comes out of his coma. I've decided that Rafe and Kevin Smith are the same person. Because whenever the Weekly Blend Audio show goes on hiatus, Smodcast also goes on hiatus, leaving me with no choice to listen to inferior programming.
The horror.
It's going to be a long, long week.
