Randy Travis Borrows Clothes Following Naked Arrest

Last night, Randy Travis reportedly crashed his car a little before midnight in Texas. When authorities arrived, they found the country singer naked. He refused to take a breathalyzer test and was promptly arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence and retaliation, which is Texas’ way of saying he supposedly resisted. The combination of charges could land Travis real jail time down the road, but today, the more important concern was what the hell he would wear on his way back home.

According to E!, the legend was able to snag some blue scrubs to put on, but he still departed without shoes. Here’s the funny thing though: he also had on an orange Texas Longhorns hat and a watch. Did the same person who gave him the scrubs give him these items as he was leaving jail as well, or was he really arrested with his wrist and hair covered up but not his dick? Sadly, the police department hasn’t made this pressing information public yet, but if they have any decency and common sense, they will.

As for Travis, he needs to take a long, hard look at what’s been happening in his life lately. He’s in the midst of a bitter feud with his ex-wife/ manager, he was arrested earlier this year for allegedly getting drunk outside a church and he’s rapidly closing in on fifty-five. Here’s to hoping he gets his life together and gets back to churning out brilliant music real soon.
