Bill And Giuliana Rancic Are Parents To Healthy Baby Boy

Giuliana is finally a mother. After years of fertility treatments and disappointments, the longtime E! personality and her husband Bill Rancic welcomed in a baby boy last night via gestational carrier. His name is Edward Duke Rancic, and by all accounts, he’s healthy as a horse.

The proud father hit up his Twitter early this morning to boast about the big news…

”The "Duke" has landed! Edward Duke Rancic was welcomed into the world last night at 7lbs 4oz. G & I feel blessed beyond words...We did it!”

The delivery reportedly began a little after 6 PM in Denver and lasted about four hours. When the little guy came out, he weighed seven pounds, four ounces and was twenty inches long. According to E!, Bill and Giuliana were in the delivery room the entire time, and the new father was actually the one who cut the umbilical cord.

In the hours since the birth, Edward has been sleeping, feeding and bonding with his parents. There’s no word yet on when he might be able to go home, but after he leaves the hospital, he’ll still have a long journey ahead. Bill rented a tour bus to drive the family back to Chicago, which no doubt will be a wonderful time of family bonding.

Pop Blend’s sincerest congratulations go out to the Rancic family as it welcomes its newest member. Bill and Giuliana will be wonderful parents, and we wish them nothing but the best.
