Jack And Lisa Osbourne Let Fans Know She Suffered A Miscarriage

Jack Osbourne and his wife Lisa have ridden more than their share of highs and lows over the past few years. They met, got engaged, had a baby, got married, dealt with his MS diagnosis, helped his father Ozzy with his drug problem and randomly saved a woman’s life in Hawaii. After all that, you’d think the two would be in for some quiet relaxation, but unfortunately, they were dealt another devastating blow last week. Lisa, several months into a second pregnancy, suffered a late-term miscarriage.

The two waited for quite some time to pass along news to fans, but eventually, they decided to bite the bullet and deal with the extremely sad life event head on. Here’s what they had to say on Lisa’s Raddest Mom Blog

I have been dreading this announcement…. I needed some time before being able to say it. Jack and I lost our baby boy last week. Having a late term miscarriage is by far the hardest thing either of us have ever had to go through. We appreciate all of your prayers and ask for privacy and respect during this time. It’s important to stay hopeful and optimistic through life’s toughest moments. We never know why things like this happen. All we can do is trust in God and know he has a plan for our lives.

Between co-raising their daughter Pearl and his upcoming appearance on Dancing With The Stars, the Osbourne family should be extremely busy over the next few months, but that’s probably a good thing. Everyone needs time to grieve over something as painful as this, but all involved will still need to look for reasons to get positive and move forward. Pearl will provide those, as will the chance for Jack to prove how capable he still is, despite his health problems.

Pop Blend's sincerest thoughts go out to the Osbourne family during this time of need. Using each other as crutches, they'll be able to get through it.
