Taylor Swift Bad Blood angry face

David Mueller, a Denver-based DJ, allegedly groped Taylor Swift at a meet-and-greet event back in 2013. Now, according to Swift, it is time for him to face the music. This week, Swift took the stand in the court case involving Mueller, and she did not hold back. For example, the 27-year-old pop star told the court,

He stayed attached to my bare ass-cheek as I lurched away from him.

Then Taylor Swift reiterated that what she experienced was "a definite grab" that lasted a long time. Later, Swift stood her ground when the examination turned to questions about her feelings over David Mueller having lost his job after the incident. She said,

I'm being blamed for the unfortunate events of his life that are a product of his decisions, not mine.

As ABC News tells it, David Mueller's attorney, Gabriel McFarland, asked Taylor Swift if she thought Mueller had received what he deserved. But Swift could not be distracted. She kept focused and said,

I don't feel anything about Mr. Mueller. I don't know him. ... I think what he did was despicable and horrifying and shocking.

During the testimony, Taylor Swift alleged that her security guard saw David Mueller lift her skirt. However, the singer quipped that nobody else but her could have vouched for her regarding the grope, because she did not have any staff members positioned underneath her to make sure people kept their hands to themselves.

Taylor Swift also said she tried to get away from David Mueller as quickly as she could after the meet-and-greet event. Unfortunately, she had to remain calm and collected because other guests were waiting for their turn to meet her, and she did not want to shut down the event. Instead, she thanked Mueller and his girlfriend and let them leave.

In a photograph from the meet-and-greet event, David Mueller's hand appears to be on or around Taylor Swift's buttocks. Still, Mueller testified that he remembers touching Swift on the ribs. But even Stephanie Simbeck, the photographer who took the picture, said she noticed something odd happening while snapping the photo. Simbeck came in to testify after Swift.

Surprisingly, the court case began when David Mueller sued Taylor Swift for $3 million in damages because, according to him, he lost his job as a result of the accusation. Swift then countersued Mueller for sexual assault and asked for a single dollar. Of course, the small request was meant to show that money was not the point; rather, Swift wanted to be a good example to other women who have experienced sexual assault.

The "Bad Blood" between Taylor Swift and David Mueller is not over yet. We'll keep you posted as updates arrive from this case.
