American Idol Winner Lee DeWyze Is A Married Man

American Idol winner Lee DeWyze now has an exciting new title: husband. The twenty-six-year-old exchanged vows with his fiancée Jonna Walsh this afternoon in Camarillo, California in front of roughly one hundred family members and friends. She wore a Lili Bridal strapless gown with lace embroidery and by all accounts, looked extremely beautiful.

According to The Daily Mail, the two have already scheduled a honeymoon in Bali where they plan to go on several sightseeing tours. DeWyze previously played a show in Indonesia and was so taken by it, he felt he had to bring Jonna back with him.

The two first met during a casting call for his video “Sweet Serendipity”. She was auditioning for the lead role, and the chemistry was immediate. The two began dating shortly thereafter, and nine months later, he was on a knee proposing at Disney World. He apparently had a lengthy speech he wanted to deliver, but lost in the moment, he simply asked and she cried.

With her job as an actress and model and his as a musician, the pair project to be extremely busy over the next few years, but hopefully, they can carve out enough time to show each other how much they care.
