Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston has vowed to avoid Botox treatments in future - following a bad experience with the face-freezing injections.

The former Friends star admits she has tried the cosmetic procedure, which smooths out wrinkles by freezing facial muscles. But Aniston is adamant she won't be having any more of the treatments - because the end result was so uncomfortable. She says, "I tried Botox once and it was really not good for me. I felt like I had a weight on my head."

The 40-year-old claims she can spot other women who have had the injections - because they all have a similar look. And it has convinced her to grow old gracefully instead.

She adds, "I think it makes women look older. Harder. The warmth in their faces goes away. You see women and you know they're not young, but you can't tell how old they are. That's what stopped me." (LR/ELLE/PAW)
