The Bachelor: How Long Do You Think Ben And Courtney Will Last?

I’ve watched a lot of reality competitions shows in my life. From The Bachelorette to Joe Millionaire to Who Wants To Marry A Multi-Millionaire?, I’ve witnessed dozens of desperate people try to force relationships. Sadly, for every Boston Rob and Amber, there’s at least twenty Andrew and Jen’s that don’t even make it to the alter. Thanks to this prior knowledge, I would have been skeptical of any combination The Bachelor produced this season, but skeptical doesn’t even begin to describe my thoughts on Ben and Courtney.

Earlier tonight during After The Final Rose, Ben denied the tabloid rumors that he’d cheated on Courtney. She admitted the anxiety and stress associated with rewatching the show caused the couple to stop speaking. She even said she felt abandoned after he didn’t bother calling on Valentine’s Day, but then out of nowhere, Ben professed his love for Courtney, pulled the ring back out and put it back on her finger.

So, I guess they’re still together. He seems confident the wedding is going to happen, but like most viewers I’m not convinced. Having already suffered one break-up and seen the lengths she was willing to go during filming, I certainly wouldn’t bet money this will last over the long haul. Whether or not they make it to the alter is another question entirely though.

What do you think? How long will Ben and Courtney last? Let us know your thoughts by voting in the poll below…
