Garrulous and loveable former basketball player and current commentator Charles Barkley has been busted for celebrity offense of choice, drunk driving. The greatest six foot four inch rebounded in the history of basketball was busted in Scottsdale after running a stop sign around one thirty in the morning.

According to The Associated Press, Barkley refused to take a breath test but was forced to undergo a blood test down at the precinct. Those results are still pending, but let’s be honest, refusing to be breathalyzed is never a good indication of sobriety.
