Miley Cyrus is always excited about dressing up in obnoxious outfits. She would probably wear this outlandish catsuit on a normal day if she was in the right mood, but coupled with the wig, it’s a spot-on Nicki Minaj. The whole getup brings a smile to my face every time I look at it, and actually, Minaj herself feels the same way.

She told USA Today this costume is the best impersonation she’s ever seen someone do of her. That’s high praise, but to be perfectly honest, I’m sure there are plenty of drag queens out there who would disagree. Either way, it’s a home run for Halloween.
