Orlando Bloom has wed his model girlfriend Miranda Kerr in a secret ceremony, just a month after the couple announced its engagement. The Pirates of the Caribbean star and the model exchanged vows in an "intimate" service on Thursday (22Jul10), Kerr's publicist Carli Lyon has confirmed.

Kerr has since pulled out of her fashion duties for Australian clothing chain David Jones so she can go on honeymoon with Bloom, who she has been dating since 2007.

In a statement she says, "We have been trying to plan this for some time and unfortunately the only window of opportunity for our honeymoon fell at the same time as the David Jones fashion launch. David Jones very graciously released me during this period so we could celebrate an intimate ceremony and honeymoon together."
