Brooke Mueller's Kids Removed From Her Home, Given To Denise Richards

Brooke Mueller and her two boys got a visit from the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services yesterday, and it did not go as well as Charlie Sheen’s ex would have hoped. The authorities reportedly discovered enough evidence inside the home to deem it unsafe for children to live there.
According to TMZ, four-year-olds Bob and Max were removed from the home and driven to the house of Denise Richards. She’s apparently agreed, as she has before, to look after the little ones for the time being, but a court date has been set for next week to figure out a more permanent solution to where the children will stay. Maybe that will be with Denise. Maybe that will be with their father Charlie. Maybe it will be with someone else, but unfortunately for Brooke, it’s now looking like it won’t be with her, at least for a short while.
Mueller has a long history of drug problems. She’s been to rehab on numerous occasions, and while she’s steadily tried to put the pieces of her life back together over the last year, warning signs have creeped in now and again. Most of the whispers surrounding this incident point to drugs as the issue creating the unsafe living environment, but since no one from Family Services is speaking on record, there’s no way to know for sure.
Pop Blend’s sincerest thoughts go out to the entire Sheen/ Mueller/ Richards family during this hour of need. Here’s to hoping Brooke gets her act together soon and becomes the great mother everyone knows she’s capable of being.
