Did Farrah Abraham Owe It To Her Mom To Tell Her About The Porno?

Once people are over the age of eighteen and no longer accepting money from their parents, we don’t typically expect them to talk over decisions with their parents before making them, especially when it comes to sex. Thanks to some poor interactions with the media this week, however, there are many who are wondering if Farrah Abraham would have been right to speak with her mother after news of her sex tape broke.

Most observers were pretty comfortable believing the former Teen Mom star went there with professional porn star James Deen, but Abraham’s mother was not among the group willing to assume so immediately. In fact, she let it be known on record several times that her baby was raised better than to do something like that. Unfortunately, by now, we all know the sex tape does exist, meaning her poor mom made herself look kind of foolish.

On the one hand, it’s easy to see why Abraham didn’t tell her mother. First, she’s an adult and can do whatever she wants. Second, talking about banging on film with her mom probably would have been one of the most uncomfortable phone calls ever. Third, she didn’t tell her mom to go flapping her gums to the media. On the other hand, however, maybe Abraham owed at least a short conversation to her family so they weren’t completely blindsided by her bad behavior.

What do you think? Should Farrah have told her mother about the porno? Let us know your thoughts by voting in the poll below…
