Isaiah Washington is pissed. The disgraced actor who was fired from mega-hit Grey’s Anatomy for homophobic slurs directed at openly gay cast member T.R. Knight (George O’Malley) didn’t take kindly to his image being used on last week’s episode, so much so that he’s threatening legal action.

According to TMZ, Dr. Preston Burke issued a formal complain to the Screen Actors Guild, claiming the show is allowed to use his character but not image in order to advance story lines.

For those of you unfortunate enough to have missed last week’s episode, Christina Yang stumbled upon a picture and newspaper article about her ex-fiancé Dr. Burke being awarded a prestigious honor for the medical research she helped him with. Needless to say, this causes her drama drama and even inspires a bewildered “Like A Virgin” sing-a-long.

Isaiah is reportedly seeking unspecified financial damages.
