Mel Gibson – the once “lethal weapon” turned aggressive drunk driver and apparent Anti-Semite has recently sat down for an innocuous sorry-fest with Diane Sawyer. He told us, as he told many people that he was no racist, just a suffering alcoholic who was out of control. He claimed to have embraced sobriety and was therefore did not think that the “chosen people” were all that bad. It was the BOOZE, and not the JEWS, that were the root of his evil. If that is true, let’s hope this piece of gossip is not.

"The National Enquirer" reports that “The Man Without A Face” was recently “the man with a beer” – again – after swearing off the spirits following his sentencing back on August 17th.

According to Austin, TX local musician Steve Smith, Gibson was with a group of approximately 75 people hanging at ‘Stubb’s Bar-B-Q’ back on September 22nd after 1 in the AM. Smith says, “I couldn’t believe my eyes. Mel Gibson was swigging a Bud with two adoring young women hanging on his every word.”

Gibson spokesman Alan Neirob replied, "The story’s not true...he wasn’t drinking anything alcoholic".
