Gucci Mane Told To Pay Woman Almost 60K For Shoving Her Out Of Moving Vehicle

Gucci Mane has been ordered to pay Diana Graham almost sixty thousand dollars for shoving her out of a moving vehicle. The incident in question happened all the way back in January of 2011. The rapper was arrested in April, and he later pled guilty to several charges related to the event. The judge hit him with a six-month jail stint, and the victim later filed a lawsuit seeking repayment for lost wages, medical bills and pain and suffering.

According to TMZ, Gucci Mane never bothered showing up to answer the charges against him; so, the judge awarded Graham $58,161.24. Perhaps more importantly, he also ruled the rapper’s assets can be seized to make sure the judgment is paid. That should ensure the victim actually gets her compensation without having to endure another lengthy legal battle.

There’s some question as to why the traumatic event happened in the first place. Graham claims Gucci Mane asked her to go to a hotel with him, and when she refused, he shoved her out of a speeding Hummer. Since the rapper hasn’t said much about the case and didn’t show up to deal with this lawsuit, it’s unclear whether he agrees on the reasoning. Regardless, shoving a woman out of a car is horrifying, stupid and worth every cent of the almost sixty thousand dollar judgment.
