Usually celebrity deaths come in threes, but things are shaping up for DUI charges to come in threes too. Haley Joel Osment joins Mel Gibson on the list of celebs to be charged with drunken driving this month.

Remember when he crashed his car back on July 20th? Turns out he had a blood alcohol level of 0.16, more than triple the limit for underage offenders. People Online reports that he pulled down a triple misdemeanor charge. Not only was he slapped with DUI and underage drinking, he was also hit for being in possession of marijuana while driving. Prince Harry has nothing on Osment.

Haley will be arraigned on September 16th. If the Los Angeles District Attorney's office has their way, bail will be set at $15,000. He's expected to surrender himself to authorities soon. It's unlikely the judge will dole it out, but if he's found guilty Osment could spend 6 months behind bars.

So much for sweet Haley Joel. He's officially gone Hollywood now. With sweet (but annoying) little Dakota Fanning signed up to Oscar mug by playing rape scenes in her next movie, we're running out of young actors who can inspire a child-like sense of innocence.
