Harry Or William: Which Prince Is Better At Making Appearances?

After more than a week of lying low, Prince Harry finally emerged today at the WellChild Award Ceremony in London, and by all accounts, the Royal was professional, extremely affable and very relatable. The twenty-seven-year-old has long been a patron of the organization renowned for specializing in treating seriously ill children, and during his speech, he called himself “humbled” after having spent time with so many inspirational children and exceptional doctors.

In many ways, the Prince’s recent behavior is a telling sign of all his positive and negative qualities. The British Press has had a field day for years poking fun at the third in line to the throne’s decidedly un-Royal behavior. From smoking pot to continually breaking up and getting back together with his girlfriend Chelsy Davy, Harry has always been a somewhat irresponsible guy. Thus, his naked Vegas pictures and the wild stories to emerge from the weekend were far from a shock. On the other hand, however, those same qualities that make him a bit of a moron also make him one of the least stuffy members of the Royal family ever. Many of his relatives have long been accused of being stiff and lacking people skills, but Harry can get along with anyone.

According to ABC News, the Royal family has kept Harry away from the Paralympic Games thus far, choosing instead to trot William and his beautiful wife Kate out in front of the masses. Clearly, the Crown feels the older Prince is the safer bet. It’s hard to disagree with that assessment, but the better question is, which Prince actually represents the family better? Is it Harry with his goofy charm and ability to relate or William with his constant class and professionalism? Let us know your thoughts by voting in the poll below…
