Queen Latifah has a no-death clause in her movie contract, which prevents directors from killing her characters off.

The rapper-turned-actress admits she insisted on the addition to her filming paperwork after characters she played lost their lives in Set It Off and Sphere. The Chicago star says, "It occurred to me, 'Wait a minute, you can't do the sequel if you die in all these movies.' I was like, 'Randy - my agent - no more dying, OK.'" (KL/WNVKIM/IG)
