Miley Cyrus Is Topless, Showing Her Tongue On Rolling Stone Cover
Whether they approved of what Miley Cyrus did with her foam finger at the Video Music Awards or not, damn near every single person who watched the ceremony seemed to agree on one thing: her tongue needs to stay inside her mouth. Miley herself, however, apparently still hasn’t gotten the memo. She licked a sledgehammer in her ”Wrecking Ball” video, and as you can see in the above picture, she decided to go to town on her own shoulder for Rolling Stone.
In her extended interview for the magazine that involves tattoos, Kanye West and even Stephen Baldwin, Cyrus talks pretty openly about the much-discussed VMA performance, and not surprisingly, she thinks she’s gotten a raw deal, especially when it comes to how she looked because apparently, she wasn’t trying to look hot at all.
"I wasn't trying to be sexy. If I was trying to be sexy, I could have been sexy. I can dance a lot better than I was dancing."
In many ways, October 4 will be one of the most important days of Cyrus’ life. The starlet is releasing Bangerz and only then will she know exactly where she stands with the general public. Yes, she’s been getting an insane amount of attention over the past few weeks, but is that because people hate her or because they’re supporting her? Yes, her “Wrecking Ball” video has gotten over one hundred million views, but is that because people like the song or because they want to see her act sexually aggressive toward a sledgehammer? Moving a solid amount of albums will validate her behavior and this new direction. Swinging and missing will likely leave her wondering whether she blew her career by turning herself into a sexualized caricature.
Here’s one more Miley quote for the road…
"People are like, 'Miley thinks she's a black girl, but she's got the flattest ass ever.' I'm like, I'm 108 pounds! I know!"
