Don’t you just love it when satirized politicians decide to satirize the entertains who originally satirized them? Well, I do because it’s called checks and balances and if you ever opened your goddamn twelfth grade US government book, you might know that too.

According to Bill Zwecker Of The Chicago Sun-Times, Alaskan governor Sarah Palin is seriously considering appearing on NBC’s Saturday Night Live to take part in a sketch where she would play 30 Rock star Tina Fey. As most of you have probably seen, Fey has been doing a lights out impersonation of Palin, which many have called the funniest late night impression since Will Ferrell’s George W. Bush.

Everything is still in limbo at this point, but early reports say Palin may do a spoof of Tina Fey’s American Express commercials starring Academy Award-winning director Martin Scorsese. Here’s to hoping the time share in Boca is still available and this hilarity-in-the-making gets a move on.
