In a bizarre twist that could only happen in Hollywood or a trailer park, man-drooling media icon Pamela Anderson is preparing to tie the knot with Rick Salomon, who gained fame as the green-lit stud cuckolding Paris Hilton in her infamous blue movie.

E! Online reports the duo obtained a marriage license on Saturday at the Clark County Marriage License Bureau in Las Vegas. No word on marriage details but the legal fix is in to make it happen. And the license is good for one year, like a supermarket coupon, Rick and Pamela can also return each other to the shelf.

Never one to let a good sound bite go to waste, Anderson appeared on television soon after her two ex-hubbys, Tommy Lee and Kid Rock, fought for her honor at the MTV Video Music Awards and announced she had yet another new guy in her life.

When pressed for details, the 40-year old bombshell would not name names, but divulged he was a professional card player who obviously pulled out a winning hand. They made a love connection, says Anderson, after a high-stakes strip poker game.

“I paid off a poker debt with sexual favors, and I fell in love. It’s so romantic. It’s romance.” said a blissed-out Pamela. While Anderson admits the two may never marry, they’re at least prepared with the legal paper. Should a wedding materialize, this would be the third trip for Anderson and the second, or maybe a third, for Salomon, as well..

Salomon, 38, has his own tabloid-worthy career. Calling himself a producer, he gained fame for a brief marriage to actress Shannen Doherty in 2002 but really hit the B-list big time when he and girlfriend Paris Hilton filmed their exploits in an infamous night-vision porno release, known to peep show purveyors the world over as One Night In Paris.
