Pink Went On A Date With One Of The Guys From 'N Sync

Back in the early 2000s when Pink was first starting to crush the music industry, she was invited to tour with the guys form N’Sync. At the time, she was very much a hard-partying girl, but that doesn’t mean she was too fast for one of her clean cut touring partners.

In Glamour’s upcoming June issue, Pink admits she actually went on a date with the incredibly likeable Joey Fatone as they all trekked around the country together.

”Joey Fatone was in love with me. He took me to Friendly’s on a date, and he bought me an ice cream. Such a sweetheart. He asked my dad’s permission.”

Fatone has always come off as a pretty mild-mannered guy. I see why these two would have been attracted to each other through some kind of law of opposites nonsense, but it’s unlikely they would have worked over the long haul. Besides, Pink now has a beautiful family with husband Carey Hart, and there’s no way she would change that for anything in the world.

It’s always fun to hear about two celebrities you would never expect together going on a random date---like Maureen McCormick who played Marcia Brady and comedian Steve Martin. If any more information about this hilariously awkward trip to Friendly’s becomes available, well let you know. Until then, you can check out the cover of the upcoming Glamour issue below…
